CHURCH: St. Joseph The Worker Parish
Pacdal Circle,
Baguio City
Philippines
Notes
This is where Aga & Charlene got married. We were actually hoping that we can have a garden wedding. So eto ang aming back-up plan. More Information

RECEPTION VENUE: The Manor Hotel at Camp John Hay
Camp John Hay Manor
Loakan Road
Baguio City
2600
Philippines
Notes
From the moment I set foot in Camp John Hay Manor, I fell in love with it. I can't remember exactly when that was, but I remember how I felt when I saw this place. It's like I was not in the Philippines. I came to stay with my family. It was actually like a Summer and Christmas tradition for me and my family to go to Baguio every year. And more often than not, we stay at The Manor. When Gil became part of my life, he became part of our yearly traditions also. And when we were not discussing formally about the wedding, Gil and I will joke on having our wedding in Camp John Hay Manor. Now, it's all real.

CATERER: Le Chef at the Manor
Camp John Hay Manor Hotel
Camp John Hay, Loakan Road
Baguio City

Philippines
Notes
Together with our love for the place, is our love for their food. Masarap ang food sa Le Chef. Actually, Le Chef is owned by Le Souffle in Manila. We love having breakfast in Le Chef. Ang daming choices. Nung nagkaron kami ng option to take the Camp John Hay Club House (kung san din nag-reception si Aga & Charlene), hindi na daw Le Chef ang catering dun bukod pa sa 80 people lang daw ang pede. Hello naman! So inayawan na namin. Eh gusto nga namin ang Le Chef eh. Parang na-forfeit na yung original reason why we wanted a Baguio wedding. More Information
WEDDING COORDINATOR: An Event to Remember
Unit 1H Silver Place Condominium
17 Road 14 Project Project 8
Quezon City

Notes
I have been hearing good feedback about her especially from Lyra. Although at first, di pa din talaga ako sure. I like Clarice kasi she is always on time. Sa dalawang meetings namin nung May while we were in Pinas, lagi niya kaming nauunahan. Eh on time naman kami dumadating, maaga pa nga. To think buntis pa siya ha meaning di niya ginagamit ang pagkabuntis niya as an excuse. Hehehe. Hehehe. Bridezilla ako e. Hahaha. More Information
GOWNS & SUITS: Edd Sy
(110) 122 J.P. Rizal St.,
corner Delos Reyes St., Project 4
Quezon City
Notes
Edd Sy was Ate's couturier. Pero when I heard his rates, napa-WOW ako. In fairness, he is super galing! As in!!! I loovvee my MOH gown for Ate's wedding. Mukha akong payat. Hahaha. Saka, he is super accomodating. At first, nung nalaman ko yung rates niya at nalaman ko na may mga artista siyang customers, akala he will be like suplado and everything. Sobrang hindi pala. As in naging chummies na sila ni mommy. One time, he loved mom's new cellphone, at dahil chummies na sila, mom asked me to buy him the same exact model. Hehehe. More Information
PHOTO & VIDEO: Louie Allan Photography & Designs
Suite 401 #4328 Gen. Tinio St. ,
Brgy. Bangkal
Makati City
Philippines
Notes
Honestly, I have never heard of Louie Allan before Ate Joan and Mauf's wedding. I do not have any idea on his works. I was originally eyeing Mimi Abesamis and Karl de Leon of Fotogra Weddings or Nelwin Uy. Pero their packages are waaaayyyy over our budget. Besides, I was impressed naman by their pictures for Ate and Mauf's pre-nup and wedding. Pero the main reason talaga na nagustuhan namin sila is madali sila kausap and masaya sila ka-work. Nung wedding nila ate, nakakatawa talaga yung team nila. Makukulit. More Information
BACK-UP PHOTOGRAPHER: Resonance Photography

Kiko has been a close friend since college. We used to tell each other ang mga love life namin when we make tambay sa CompSoc tambayan, or we go to Gilmore for his PC stuffs, or madalas pag sabay lang kami umuuwi at hinahatid ko siya sa kanila. Hehehe. When he got married, kinuha niyang ninong at ninang ang parents ko.
Kiko started photography as a hobby and we discovered na may talent pala si mokong. Hehehe. I really love his shots kasi more into details siya. He was really the one in mind for back-up photography kasi nga para makuha yung details na di kinukuha ng main photographer. Nung una akong nagtanong about his rates, he didn't know na it was for me. Hehehe. Hahaha. Joke.
But Kiko started working abroad and we are not sure where he will be by the time of the wedding. So for now, he is still our back-up photographer. More Information
MUSIC: Da Capo Instrumentalist
We went to one of the weddings where they were playing. And it was okay for me. I mean kasi I was not very particular with the sound.

FLOWERS: Nikki Chatto Weddings
King Louis Flowers and Plants Inc.
Manila Seedling Bank Quezon Ave cor. North EDSA
Quezon City
Philippines
Notes
Dra. Chato is the official florist of CJH Manor Hotel. I have seen her work in the Wedding Essentials Magazine. Sobrang nagandahan talaga ako at nagalingan. We had Clarice checked her rates na din for the church and the entourage. I was expecting kasi na since Baguio-based supplier siya, akala ko mas makakamura kami. Kasi Baguio na yun diba, helllloooo!!! So I am thinking if kukuha ako ng ibang Baguio-based supplier na mas mura for the church. She also does event styling.
Anyway, as of May 2008, we have already booked her but she has not accepted the down payment kasi masyado pa daw malayo ang event. More Information
BRIDE'S HMUA: Peddy Acebo
Propaganda Salon
Greenbelt 1,
Makati City
Philippines
Notes
I had two trial make-ups. Isa kay Cherry Pacheco-Uy, which was refered by Ate Joan. Sabi niya e, magaling daw pero mejo mahal. The other one was Peddy Acebo of Propaganda Salon. Anyway, Cherry did a pretty good job. We almost booked her on the spot. Kaya lang naisip namin, we had an appointment na din naman with Peddy in the afternoon, so why not magpatrial na rin. We almost did not find the salon. Anyway, we really had a hard time deciding who to pick. Although at the end unanimous decision naman lahat. Si Gil lang ang nahirapan. Hahaha. Hahaha. Namesmerized na naman sa beauty ko. Nambola pa. More Information
